I Choose Happiness

If we were to grant you a wish--- one wish for anything you wanted---What would it be?

Most people Choose Happiness. Happiness is a broad term that means different things to different people. But most of us agree that to be happy, we want to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Personal Training for the Body and Soul offers suggestions for ways to increase your level of self love so you can make better decisions about how to live a healthier, happier life.

Life is a series of choices. How to make healthy choices for yourself can take practice.

This weekend is designed to introduce you to practices for all three parts of your being.

Concentration/Meditation Practices: We will offer you ways to make your own mind a friend rather than a foe. Through breathing, chanting and even mindful movement we will offer tools that will change your mind from an internal task master to a loving companion.

Movement and Exercise: To bring our physical being into health we need to move it. We will explore different types of movement so you can find the type that is best for you. We will do yoga both traditional hatha and our unique version of yoga-exercise called yoga with a kick.  We will also offer clothing optional volleyball in Easton's beautiful new pool. When we feel our heart beat, we know we're alive.

Body Work: To feel the mind and body come together as friendly companions, we will guide you through intentional body work that will include massage and energetics. You will be given the opportunity to give and receive during these sessions.

We will also offer juices and smoothies each day as we discuss nutrition options that will add to your overall well being and Happiness.

We will bring the weekend together on Saturday night with a movement/dance/inner journey session that will helps us to free our spirit from the confines of our mind. We will use our breathing, concentration, and movement practices to let go and Choose Happiness

About the Facilitators

Rob Dorgan & Steve Bolia are both Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, ACE Personal Trainers, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and enthusiastic about living a healthy life.
Our journey now is about Self-exploration and offering our services to like-minded seekers.  We have had so many great people help us along our path and now, we feel that it is our time to help others.
The concept of a 'labor-a-love' was introduced to us in the late 1980s but it would take facing mid-life for us to have the courage to move towards it.  In 2011 we left our jobs (once again!) and jumped off the edge of the cliff into the arms of the awaiting Universe!   Now, at this new junction we are looking for what feeds our Soul.  We are cultivating ourselves as Natural Therapist.   Our goal is how to remain in the World but not of it.  To participate in life without letting it overwhelm us.  To retain a sense of Spirit while appreciating and enjoying the secular fruits of life.

Rates and Accommodations

All rates include housing, food and programming unless noted. Bookings are per person per bed.

Commuter: $295 Does not include Housing. Use this option if you want to attend the programming and have meals, but wish to stay off campus.
Camping: $295 Bring your own tent!  Bathrooms facilities in the Lodge, 500 ft away.
Garden Cabin: $495  Dormitory style with 5 bunk beds that can sleep up to 10 people. Bathrooms facilities in the Lodge, 500 ft away.
Quad: $545 Each quad room has two sets of bunk beds. its own bathroom and a shower. You may be sharing with up to 3 other guests.
Semi Private: $695 Each semi-private room has 2 beds, a bathroom and shower. You may be sharing with 1 other guest.
