This is the second Residential Module of the Professional Coach Training Program for Gay Menwith Damian Goldvarg.  If you have not attended Part 1 and the intermediary non-residential training, and are interested in learning more about this program, please read more about the program here, or contact michael@eastonmountain.org or wil@eastonmountain.org

This International Coach Federation (ICF) Approved Coach Training Program (ACTP) is based on the ICF 11 Core Coaching Competencies Model. It includes two 5-day modules of in-person residential training at Easton Mountain Retreat Center in upstate NY, individual and group mentor coaching, study of 5 core text books, 8 coaching practice sessions in triads with program participants, and at least 25 hours of coaching practice with clients. The program is 6 months in length, with residential modules September 10-15, 2017 and March 18-23, 2018, held at Easton Mountain Retreat Center.

In between the two residential modules, your program will include working with an assigned Certified Mentor Coach via conference call. Your mentor coach will help you develop and enhance your coaching skills by reviewing recorded session of you working with a client. In addition to developing your core coaching competencies, this program will teach you best practices on developing your business and attracting your ideal clients. Moreover, throughout this in-depth training program, you’ll be developing a powerful network of support with your classmates, teachers, coaches, and mentors.

Upon completion of this training, you will be certified by Goldvarg Consulting Group and be eligible to apply for ICF Certification.
