Guy Rolland worked for 20 years as a clinical manager and programs coordinator in a community resource for people with mental health problems. Before that, he worked five years in rehabilitation for persons with disabilities. Mr. Rolland holds a Bachelor degree in psycho-education from Sherbrooke’s University and a certificate in management of health services from Montreal’s University. During his professional career, Mr. Rolland has developed a considerable expertise in training and clinical coaching (individual counseling, group counseling, group facilitation, alternative approach to mental health, etc.). He is passionate about interpersonal relationships, personal growth, group dynamics, communication, etc. and he loves sharing his experience in a cordial and interactive way.
