I am trained in musculoskeletal disorders and pain management treatment modalities, sports and orthopedic treatments, stroke recovery, Trigger and Motor Point therapy, stress and anxiety treatment methods and issues associated with a wide variety of health issues. You can find out more about what I treat in the Acupuncture and Massage Therapysections.

I have worked with a variety of populations and have worked extensively with runners, dancers and other performers. I completed internships at both Housing Works where I worked with AIDS patients in need of a helping hand, and at Lutheran Memorial Medical Center where I worked with patients recovering from strokes.

I was born and spent my early years in Michigan. I initially moved to New York to attend graduate school for music and obtained my first Master’s degree in piano performance from Manhattan School of Music, one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. I am also an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation something I encourage all of my patients to incorporate into their life.

No one treatment is right for everyone. Drawing from skills and experiences in all my fields allows me to design a treatment that is specific for your needs.
