HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND HOT!
Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Living Healthy, Happy, and Hot*
*(but never had the chance to ask)

A Weekend with Two Holistic Gay Doctors: George Russell, DC, and Blair Voyvodic, MD
Facilitated by Dave Nimmons
Friday, November 19 - Sunday, November 21, 2010

This is a weekend like no other at Easton Mountain. Join us for a refreshingly juicy two days of fun, sharing, and learning about how to get—and stay – healthy as gay men. We’ll have sessions on movement, journaling, conversation, touch, and information. You’ll create your own “health life map” that focuses on the next right step you can take to increase health, sexual vitality, and overall well-being and enjoyment of your physical self. There will be opportunities to ask, discuss, and create an individual plan tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will:

  • Remember why you want to be alive
  • Review your health map that got you where you are today
  • Learn special issues of men’s health affecting well-being and sexuality
  • Create a personal “health vision” of where you want to go now in your life, health, and well-being
  • Craft your own plan to make yourself more happy, healthy, and hot!

Our multi-disciplinary team brings deep and diverse experience in areas of health from birth to death, including health promotion, personal growth, disease management, gay health and sexuality, spirituality, and community. We promise an exciting weekend of health alchemy that offers a view of caring for your health that is fun, creative, useful, and inspiring.
