Stepping Out of Your Sexual Story and Into Your Sexual Power

• What keeps me from showing up freely and completely in life?
• How do my past history, wounds, traumas, family/religious upbringing, and self-judgments keep me stuck in the same old patterns?
• How have I disconnected from my erotic life force energy?
• How can I live fully in my power and desire?

In this retreat, you will examine how your sexual story, body shame, habits, beliefs, and past conditioning prevent you from getting what you want in life and from showing up as your authentic self. Using a combination of Tantric and Taoist philosophies and techniques, shamanic breath-work, and group and partnered exercises involving sound, movement, and erotic touch, you will explore the interplay of boundaries and desire, the balance of masculine and feminine energies, and expanded male orgasm. You will also connect more deeply with your innate erotic life force energy and learn how to utilize this energy for transformation, empowerment, heart-opening, and higher states of consciousness.

The workshop is for men only of all sexual orientations and preferences and involves group nudity and safe erotic touch. No previous experience is required. Activities will also include active breathing, movement, and stretching and may be mildly physically demanding.

About the Facilitator

Ian Ellington is a Somatic Practitioner, Sex Educator, Usui Reiki Master, Conscious Integrative Breathworker, Tantric/Taoist Bodyworker, and Sacred Intimate.  He draws on all of these disciplines to carry forth the message that our Sexual Nature is our Divine Right, that our Erotic Energy is the Life Force, and that Awakening fully to this Erotic Energy in our Bodies can be a Pathway to Healthy Living, Heightened Pleasure, and Higher Consciousness.  He offers private individual sessions and group workshops and can be reached through his website at www.thegardenofian.com.
