PERSONAL RETREATS

There are times when we need to be alone, to be away from the demands of our lives - to be in a place where we can relax, let go, and be still. Easton Mountain offers an ideal environment for a personal retreat. Guests may explore our two hundred acres of paths and trails and enjoy the energy of being in nature. You can read quietly, write, collect your thoughts, pursue your art, sit in contemplation or walk through the woods. A retreat can be an opportunity to spend time with the outside world at a distance or to bicycle through the countryside surrounding Easton Mountain.

For those who want a little more structure for their personal retreat, an Easton Mountain community member functions as the Personal Retreat Director. Various services may be available, such as massage, reiki, coaching, energy healing and spiritual direction. The fees for these services are not included in the fees for the retreat. Please call 800-553-8235 to schedule a telephone interview with the Retreat Director who will help you create the retreat that's right for you.

All Personal Retreats are subject to space availability - not all events appear on our website calendar as some of these events are rentals to outside groups. Please call ahead to ensure the time you'd like to visit is available.

MEALS & ACCOMMODATIONS
All programs at at Easton Mountain include tuition, three meals daily, use of our facilities and your choice of accomodations. First choice of accommodations are available to those who register early.

To see images of the accommodations, please see our Amenities page.

Guesthouse rooms range from Semi-private (2 beds) to Quad (2 bunk beds), each with a private bathroom.

Garden Cabin space (large room with many bunk beds) with shared bathroom faciliites in the main Lodge is also allocated based on early registration.

Camping is available as the weather allows. There are many beautiful spots throughout the campus that are suitable for setting up a tent. You will need to provide your own camping gear.

Private rooms may be available on a limited basis. Be sure to check the individual program page for availability.

Meals are provided three times daily - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is usually served continental style, with assorted breads, bagels, and cereals available, along with oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Once in a while there may be eggs or pancakes available as well. Lunch and dinner are usually hot meals with fresh bread and salad available at every meal. We do serve meat - usually in the form of chicken, turkey, and fish. A vegetarian option is also available at each meal for vegetarians - we ask that the vegetarian option be reserved for vegetarians only as there is not enough of the vegetarian option prepared for everyone to eat. PLESE NOTE: WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS FOR FOOD ALLERGIES. If you have specific food allergies, we suggest you bring special food for yourself to supplement any food that we serve which you can eat. Refrigerator space can be provided for you if needed to store your special food. Should you have any questions about the food we serve here to help you decide what special food to bring, please contact the front desk at (518) 692-8023.

Snacks such as fruit and nuts, along with coffee, assorted hot teas, chilled water and iced tea are available 24 hours in the dining room. And you may be lucky to find some leftover dessert to snack on from the previous meal as well!

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is available in the form of work-study and scholarship for most programs. Please contact us for information. Donations to our financial assistance program are also greatly appreciated.

REGISTRATION
Call (800) 553-8235 or (518) 692-8023 or pay with a credit card online using our secure registration form. Some events do not have online registration. If online registration is available, it will be indicated on the individual program page.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you decide to cancel for any reason, there is a $50 non-refundable fee for processing the payment should you cancel one week or more before the start of your program. If you cancel less than a week before the program starts there is no refund.

For Living Full Out retreats, the cancellation policy states that the deposit is non-refundable unless another participant registers in your place. This is due to the fact that Living Full Out retreats are limited to only 14 people, and multiple cancellations at the last minute can negatively impact the effectiveness of the retreat and the facilitators' compensation. If your space is filled by a subsequent registrant, you will be notified, and you may then request a refund according to our cancellation guideline above, or you may apply the deposit to a future Living Full Out retreat.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
From time to time, we may offer early registration discounts for certain programs. Discounts apply for only the programs indicated. Registration deposit must be submitted before the date specified. Discounts will be applied by registration staff at the time of event free processing. Discount does not apply to minimum deposit.
