He started using Mindfulness techniques with his patients in his Dermatology and Psychodermatology Clinic in Spain. And has given several talks on Mindfulness and psychodermatology at different scientific meetings and at medical centers.

As member of the gay community, he started exploring gay spirituality, attending the meetings of groups like Gay Spirit Visions, and Gay Love Spirit, and reading numerous books by gay writers such as Mark Thompson, Toby Johnson, Gavin Harrison, Andrew Harvey, Andrew Ramer and James Broughton. His aim is to introduce Mindfulness and MBSR within the community of men who love men. To create a safe space where men who share a common energy can explore meditation and the extreme value of the here and now.
