SOAK UP THE SUN HOST - After the success of Winter Spirit Camp this last February, Miguel has agrees to host Soak Up the Sun, this time bringing the Latin flavor to the land and calling it “Cuando Calienta el Sol (When the Sun Heats up)" Miguel says. “I’m very proud of my Latin American heritage and I’ve always wanted to celebrate it at Easton Mountain, this is my chance to do it”  Miguel was born in a small town in the south of San Jose, Costa Rica and moved to the USA with his parents at a young age. When he was 24 years old, he moved to NYC to fulfill his dream to become a dancer and started taking ballet dance classes with Choreographer and teacher John Ollom, shortly after he became part of John Ollom Dance Company and dance for several years , along with other dance companies around New York City and New Jersey. After 9 years of dancing and 13 years of living in NYC, he wanted to move to Easton Mountain. He started working at the front desk, shortly after becoming the front desk manager. Two years after he is the General Manager of Easton Mountain. Miguel’s co-hosts are Nelson Garcia from Colombia and Emmanuel Avellanet from Puerto Rico. Both of them are hosting an event for the first time at Easton Mountain. Miguel will be teaching us how to make the popular Latin American dessert Tres Leches. Que Rico!
