Core Team

In addition to our thriving volunteer program, we offer a wonderful, longer-term way of supporting the mission and events of Easton Mountain through your leadership as part of the Core Team.

We are currently seeking new members to grow the Core Team for 2025. Please consider applying! The program will focus on nurturing individual growth and spiritual practices through community involvement. Members also play a hands-on role in hospitality, grounds upkeep, guest services, program implementation, and meal service.

Team members play an important role in engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds as well as managing the behind the scenes duties that help operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates are folks who are passionate about Easton's mission, looking for meaning and purpose, and who are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment!

The Core Team program is seeking members who can commit to at least 2-3 consecutive months in the 2025 calendar year or for the full February through November term. The optimal start date is February 10, 2025, but we'd love to speak with anyone interested in longer time commitments to Easton. A small monthly stipend may be available.
