More Than Your Average Bear Event!
We all seek acceptance for who we are, regardless of shape, color, or size, and many GBTQ men turn to the Bear community and events like Bear Runs for this sense of belonging. These events offer fun, socializing, and entertainment, but many GBTQ men still struggle with body image and identity, and crave deeper connections.
Bear Your Soul: Summer Camp is designed to address these needs through workshops, playful activities, discussions, and revelry. Our goals is to help GBTQ men of all body types connect with themselves and each other, feel comfortable in their skin, and to embrace authenticity and vulnerability, in order to lead more satisfying lives.
We invite you to CONNECT, PLAY and DISCOVER with us!

Our events de-emphasize alcohol and other legal substances. Some events may feature a reception or deck party where limited alcohol is available. While we do not require abstinence, we are interested in supporting conscious connections, and wellness in the lives of those we serve. We provide space for 12-step meetings for those who would like to attend them, and we support people making choices regarding their own well being. Illegal substances will not be tolerated.
