Wyatt Mylius
Wyatt Mylius is the founder and lead practitioner of Rooted In Sound and a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Spiritual Counselor. His work focuses on using sound, vibration, and mindfulness-based practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and recovery-informed personal growth.
With over a decade of experience facilitating sound-based sessions in clinical, retreat, and community settings, Wyatt integrates Five-Element theory, Himalayan and Tibetan sound traditions, meditation practices, and contemporary approaches to stress and embodiment. His facilitation style is trauma-aware, accessible, and grounded in practical self-regulation rather than belief-based instruction.
At Easton Mountain’s Winter Recovery Camp, Wyatt offers sound-supported experiences that help participants reflect on their own Hero’s Journey—supporting stability, insight, and integration through experiential learning.
