Javon Lomax

Javon Lomax is a restorative justice practitioner, facilitator, and community builder dedicated to creating spaces of healing, accountability, and transformation. Javon has worked extensively with youth, frontline violence interrupters, and community members to strengthen relationships and repair harm through dialogue, trust, and collective care.

As the Training Manager for All Kings, Javon has designed and led healing-centered programs and trainings that uplift men and young people to step into their full power as leaders, mentors, and healers in their communities. His work blends restorative practices, emotional wellness tools, and cultural traditions to address cycles of harm while building sustainable systems of support.

At the heart of Javon’s practice is the belief that when people are seen, heard, and valued, they can break cycles of violence and reclaim their wholeness. He continues to serve as a bridge-builder and truth-teller, guiding communities toward justice that heals.
