Peter Mellett

Peter Mellett lived in the West Village of New York City for many years. His work in restaurants, traveling and late-night carousing led to many a great story. It wasn’t until he got sober that he began to remember some of them! Peter has made his home on the tip of Cape Cod for the past twenty years and discovered Easton Mountain in the fall of 2015. Immediately struck with the beauty of the setting, he found he had also stumbled upon something more. It took several more visits to tap into the incredible community and spirit that is Easton. “Storytelling is something that has always fascinated me. It’s a way into a person’s world, experiences different from my own; a journey. It’s also a way to connect with one another and to share our humanness, our imperfection. It has given me a sense of connection and being a part of the world I can sometimes set myself apart from. I believe it’s a connection we all benefit from.”
