This workshop will include discussions and activities to explore the 4 agreements, which are: Be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and always do your best. You don’t have to have read the book to participate, but it is a great read!

Do we become estranged from those who reject us? And how do we cultivate a family of choice who is able and eager to share unconditional love? In this workshop we'll explore All or Nothing thinking as well as the Middle Path that exists between both extremes. We'll discuss the gift of self-compassion that will enable us to feel a sense of belonging even as we work to build community.

Music as a conduit for lyrical touch is a theme of this workshop. This is for the shyly erotic or experienced, and is about eros as joyful self-and-other-care, NOT objectification or possession.

    • OR - Despacho Ceremony with Wayne Leiss - Temple
A Despacho is a traditional Andean ritual—an offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth), the Apus (mountain spirits), and other sacred forces of nature. Participants co-create a mandala-like bundle of symbolic items (leaves, seeds, sweets, yarn, etc.), each infused with personal prayers and intentions. As part of Freedom Camp’s Saturday night fire ritual, our completed Despachos will be burned, releasing our offerings to spirit through flame. This deeply spiritual and grounding practice honors the sacred reciprocity between humans and nature and invites healing, balance, and new beginning.

We'll come together to design and prepare a shared ritual bonfire. As we set up the fire circle, gather natural elements, and choose the flow of the ceremony, we'll explore what goes into creating meaningful ritual, from honoring ancestors to setting intentions for personal transformation. This is a hands-on experience where you'll learn how to craft a ritual by doing it with others, shaping the space, the symbols, and the structure together. Whether you're new to ritual or bring your own wisdom, your presence will help form the heart of our circle. The ceremony we create here will take place later tonight as we gather under the stars around the fire we've built together.
