8:15 PM: Opening Circle & Tasting
We’ll officially open our container, set intentions, and begin building trust. The evening includes a multi-sensory “Tasting” experience to awaken your erotic imagination.

Ground into the weekend by connecting around your desires, limits, and curiosities. In this opening session, we’ll build our shared container through basic consent, negotiation practice, safety tools, and personal boundary work. This is where we establish clarity, trust, and connection so everyone feels supported and ready for deeper exploration.

Meet with your Small Group to reflect, share, and integrate your experiences in a supportive setting.

2:30 - 4 PM: Impact Play with Boy Donald and Sir Bob | Great Room
Explore spanking, flogging, and other forms of consensual impact. Learn technique, pacing, and aftercare.

OR: Sounding with Mark and Jeff | Temple
A deep dive into urethral play: anatomy, safety, gear, and the erotic potential of this intimate kink.

4:30 - 6 PM: Boys 101 (Sub Space) with Boy Donald | Great Room
This is a workshop for boys who want to RE/DEFINE their own ideal of what it means to be a boy. Through the use of group discussions and reflective journaling, it is my mission to create a safe space where we boys can work towards building community in order to affirm and celebrate our identities.
Course objectives include identifying goals, desires, needs, and assets. Includes a screening of the short film “boys” which explores this topic.

OR: Rope Play 1: Basic Ties and Techniques with Jay Rood | Great Room
Learn fundamental knots and safety practices. Perfect for beginners or those seeking a refresher.

A deeper look at how kink protocol helps us create strong LGBTQ+ communities in shared erotic space. We’ll explore community-centered communication, healthy boundaries, and social engagement that supports everyone’s play. You’ll learn tangible tools for co-creating the atmosphere of the play party and carrying those values back to your own communities at home.
9:30 PM: Dungeon Play Party
Our main event: a curated, consensual space for exploration, exhibition, and embodied kink connection.

11 AM - 1 PM: Fisting 101 with Bob and Mark | Great Room
Learn about the mechanics, safety, and intimacy of anal fisting in this supportive, step-by-step introduction and demo.

OR: Rope Play 2 - Creative Flow, Sensual Expression with Jay Rood | Temple
Take your rope practice deeper with an emphasis on creativity, including harnesses and bondage styles to inspire play. (Part 1 is NOT required to attend.)

From fire and cupping to wax and ice, engage the senses through hot and cold for heightened erotic sensation.

OR: Introduction to E-Stim with Mark and Jeff | Temple
E-stim, or electrical stimulation, is the use of a low voltage electrical current to stimulate areas of the body for pleasure. We will review various types of E-stim power boxes, as well as different applications of using them on the body with attachments. Participants will then have an opportunity to experience the sensations on themselves or with a partner if desired.

4:30 - 6 PM: The Art of Kink with Boy Bennie | Great Room
Through this workshop we will explore our deepest unconscious desires through artwork. Using pornographic imagery and collage, we will consider the things that turn us on. We will use artwork and creative expression to consider our sexual, romantic, and kinky desires.

OR: Mummification with Sir Bob | Temple
Mummification is the art of total enclosure bondage. Learn to wrap the submissive in materials like plastic wrap or duct tape for complete immobilization and sensory deprivation, heightening arousal and intensifying the feelings of domination and submission.

8:15 - 9:30 PM: Pre-Play Party Warm-Up: Blind Encounters with Marco | Great Room
A sensual, consent-centered warm-up for the play party. You’ll name your desires, curiosities, and limits, then explore touch and connection beyond appearances through a guided blindfolded give-and-receive practice. With support from dungeon masters, we’ll focus on sensation, trust, and honoring boundaries as we build the energy and presence to carry into the night’s play.

Another chance to dive into curated scenes, erotic expression, and connection in a held container.

7:30 - 8:30 AM – A Joyful Noise with Goldenheart | Great Room
In this early morning workshop inspired by former Kink Odyssey leader Dave Allen, we explore the surprising pleasure of spanking a partner to traditional gospel music. The experience is deeply moving and energizing, blending upbeat hand-clapping songs with softer, heartfelt pieces so that rhythm, emotion, and partnered touch come together in a space of connection, release, and joy. Partners will be randomly assigned and rotated from song to song.

Final reflections with your Small Group as you prepare to transition from retreat to real life.
10:45 AM - Noon: Closing Circle | Great Room
We come full circle. Share closing thoughts, gratitude, and say goodbye to new friends and collaborators.
Noon: Brunch & Goodbyes
Our final meal together. Time to nourish, exchange contacts, and begin the journey home.

Please follow the safety practices and guidelines we learned in the “Setting the Stage” workshop.
You can utilize the Desire Board to let others know what you are looking for.
The space will be facilitated and guided until at least midnight, after which it will be an open unfacilitated space.
You may encounter hosts, volunteers, presenters and facilitators in the space. Each person will be responsible for setting boundaries, negotiating and communicating with anyone they encounter in the space.
RESIDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS - If you wish to participate in the Evening Play party or any workshops, you will need a basic understanding of safety, consent, negotiation and Dungeon etiquette, as well as the values of the retreat around connection. It is important that you attend “Opening Circle” and “Setting the Stage”. If your schedule does not allow for this, please see Sir Bob for an orientation.
