In celebration of connection and recovery, Wyatt will guide us through a transformative Sound Journey—a meditative experience using instruments such as flutes, singing bowls, gongs, and voice to invite relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. Held in sacred community on the first night of our retreat, this immersive experience sets the tone for the days ahead. Participants are invited to recline, soften, and allow waves of sound to gently unwind the nervous system, center the heart, and awaken the spirit. This journey is for everyone—whether you're new to sound healing or returning to it as part of your recovery practice. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open, and more deeply attuned to yourself and those around you.

It is a contemplative, immersive and community-building practice, open to any level of musical or vocal skill.

Late Night Activities

  • There will be a late night Play Space starting Friday night in the Temple Loft

    • Play Space Guidelines: Mutual Respect, Consent, and Recovery-Centered Care

This space exists to support connection, safety, and embodied, erotic play. All participants are asked to engage with mutual respect and kindness toward themselves and others.

      We encourage you to:

      • Practice clear consent and communication: Set your boundaries and honor others’. Ask before touching. Give a “no” with kindness, and receive a “no” with grace.

      • Be mindful and sober: Whether you're navigating recovery from substances, sex/love addiction, eating disorders, gambling, or other patterns, we invite you to make decisions that support your healing. Plan ahead. Call your sponsor. Bring an accountability buddy. Choose how and whether you engage based on what keeps you grounded in your recovery.

      • Check in before joining a scene: Always make sure you are explicitly invited before entering or engaging in a scene in progress.

      • Know your support options: You may encounter hosts, volunteers, presenters, and facilitators in the space. Each person, including you, is responsible for setting clear boundaries, communicating needs, and respecting the boundaries of others. If something feels off, you are always free to step out, speak up, or seek support.

      • Prioritize sobriety and safety: Consent requires clarity. If you’re unsure, pause. Rest. Breathe. Reconnect to your intentions and your tools. You never have to trade safety for connection.

This is a space for dignity, care, curiosity, and healing. You are welcome exactly as you are, and your presence—sober, authentic, and self-aware—is enough.

  • The sauna will be available nightly at 10:00 pm

  • There is a closet full of games in the Great Room you can play together!
