Oral Sex: Continuing the Tradition
Building on the age-old tradition of passing on history from one generation to the next through storytelling and folktales, this workshop invites participants to explore how different generations of gay men found social, emotional, and physical connection before today’s app culture. Participants will be given prompts to help them recall and share stories from their own erotic biographies, including experiences connected to bars, bathhouses, rest stops, piers, bookstores, nude beaches, personal ads, AOL chatrooms, parks, gym showers, and other spaces of gay connection.
The Art of the Sensual Selfie
Self-portraits, where the artist and model are one and the same, can be a powerful tool for self-knowledge and self-expression. In this workshop, participants will explore photography as a way to reveal the body privately or share it intentionally with others. Using cell phones, participants will take a series of selfies that can become a personal portfolio or be shared with others. This workshop invites a playful and thoughtful exploration of sensuality, embodiment, and how we choose to present ourselves to the world.

Piano Bar
Back by popular demand, Jarv returns with Michael O’Flaherty and Cameron Fadjo to lead our Piano Bar sing-along. A cherished tradition in the gay community, the piano bar is all about gathering around to sing popular songs and show tunes and share laughs. Whether you love to belt out a solo or just join in on the choruses, all are welcome!
Music and Healing with Jarv and Michael O’Flaherty
Join us for a new and uplifting workshop exploring the powerful connection between music and healing. Together, we’ll create sounds and rhythms, make simple instruments, explore movement and musical play, and share experiences of how music touches the soul. And of course, make a joyful noise! No musical experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, your spirit, and your voice. Come discover how music can open the heart, connect us to one another, and restore the soul.
