Freddy and Jay Freeman

Freddy and Jay Freeman are happy to bring their signature workshop, Loving Our Bare Bodies, to a Taste of Easton Mountain: Boston. This guided, body positive experience supports men in releasing shame, building confidence, and developing a more compassionate relationship with their bodies. In a culture that often teaches us to judge, hide, or compare ourselves, the workshop offers a different possibility: being seen, accepted, and appreciated exactly as we are.

Freddy and Jay are the co founders of Bear Your Soul, a retreat series created to foster deep connection, self acceptance, and community among men who love men. Freddy, an award winning singer songwriter and longtime advocate for Bear artists, and Jay, a musician, dancer, and visual artist, bring their shared passion for creativity, embodiment, and healing to their work. They live at Easton Mountain, where Freddy serves as Marketing and Programming Director and Jay works as a graphic designer.

While Loving Our Bare Bodies is a cornerstone experience at Bear Your Soul retreats and other Easton programs, Freddy and Jay also bring the workshop out into the wider community. It has been offered at events like Provincetown Bear Week, at bear and queer gatherings around the country, in yoga studios, and even in private living rooms, creating intimate spaces for connection, healing, and body acceptance wherever they go.
