Medicine for the Soul
Join a week-long wellness retreat designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. It begins with a Summer Solstice ceremony to receive that special energy from our greatest life source, the Sun. Throughout the week, you’ll move through natural healing practices such as naked yoga, meditation, sound baths, chakra alignment, body movement for well-being, and workshops on erotic expression.
Each experience is woven into a journey of deep inner healing, personal transformation, and reconnection with yourself, nature, and community. You’ll have the chance to go deep into movement and improvisation, chanting and energy work, shamanic journeying, chakra immersion, and more.
Between sessions, enjoy the natural beauty of Easton Mountain: forest trails, peaceful ponds, mountain views, and the warmth of our wood-fired sauna. Nourish yourself with delicious home-cooked meals, quiet time for rest and reflection, and meaningful connection with others.
This is a full week to invest in your well-being, to release what no longer serves you, foster self-love, and find clarity and renewal through intentional ceremonies and holistic practices.
Throughout the week, you’ll be guided by an exceptional team of facilitators offering diverse paths to healing and self-discovery.
What to Expect
We’re still finalizing the daily schedule, but here’s a preview of what each facilitator will be offering.

John Ollom
Ollom Floor Series and Intro to Your Body
Focusing on your body as your vessel, we will start lying on the floor. We will engage in slow stretches and abdominal work to get us moving. Warming up the spine and core, we’ll then move into simple movements to begin to feel comfortable with movement. Breath work is encouraged to help release tension and stress.Contemporary Movement and Improvisation
Building on earlier movement work, we’ll learn to find more freedom in our movements, letting go of structure to explore new ways to touch, move, and flow in connection.Internal Landscapes
A blend of free writing and movement designed to access emotions and ideas that flow within us. Using our bodies as canvases, we allow energy to move through us, connecting with subconscious urges.Man to Man
After finding our authentic selves, we reach out and express that with a partner. Through touch and movement, we explore each other’s bodies and the energies that flow between and around us.Naked Flow
Moving and breathing freely without clothes, we connect with our natural flow, with others, and with the elements. Feeling the air on our naked bodies helps release shame and encourages honest touch and expression.Ecstatic Dance
A culmination of the week’s explorations of body and energy. We listen to our authentic selves and move naked or clothed in whatever way feels right. We discover our own ecstatic flow.
One-on-one sessions with John are available by contacting him directly at info@johnollom.com or through the front desk.
