Ace Ricker
Director of Volunteer & Community Development
Ace Ricker (he/him) is a multiracial trans man and the newly appointed Director of Volunteer & Community Development at Easton Mountain. With over twenty years of experience as an educator and advocate, Ace has worked through his company, A.C.E. (Awareness through Communication & Education) LLC, partnering with schools, colleges, medical facilities, nonprofits, and religious organizations.
Ace specializes in workshops, keynotes, and consultations on diversity, inclusion, empowerment, and other essential social topics. Drawing from his lived experience as an openly queer trans man, he brings an empathetic, engaging, and often humorous approach to every audience.
Committed to fostering understanding and meaningful dialogue, Ace leads “Confident Conversations” on subjects such as suicide prevention, LGBTQ+ awareness, safer sex and consent, sexism and gender, and religion and spirituality.
