Morning Yoga

This workshop is for all bodies of all fitness levels. No experience necessary.

This morning yoga session is a relaxed, accessible practice centered on breath, stretching, and awareness. Rather than a performance-oriented class, the focus is on listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and creating a sense of ease and presence.

Participants are invited to gently wake up the body, release tension, and ground themselves before the day’s activities. No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.


Cost: $20–$60 sliding scale per session per person
